We are committed to providing a culture of continuous learning, which actively supports the professional and personal development of our staff.
As part of our Adult Critical Care commitment to enhance the working lives of our staff, we offer flexible working arrangements, self-rostering, childcare vouchers, and family-friendly policies and staff benefits including an excellent pension scheme.
We are dedicated to being an outstanding place to work and will work with you to get the best experience. We know flexible working is not a one size fits all and will mean something different to everyone. We are inclusive, so if you are interested in flexible working, please speak to the recruiting manager.
