I am currently looking for an experienced IFA Support Administrator, for an opportunity to join a growing wealth management business, based in central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress in the Financial Services arena, especially if you are client orientated. Job Summary: You will be responsible for working closely with advisers and clients Liaison with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients Sending Letters of Authority and gathering accurate information Obtain illustrations and application forms Production of portfolio valuations Ensure fund switches / rebalances / top-ups / withdrawals are carried out accurately and within company time-scale Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries You will play a key role in putting clients at ease and delivering excellent customer service.
