JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner EMEA
SALARY: £50,000-£55,000

We are one of the biggest names in Consumer Electronics, specialising in accessories, peripherals and wireless devices. Due to expansion we require a HR Business Partner to support the EMEA HR team.
This is a home based role.
LOCATION: UK – Home based/ Kings Langley or Wellingborough

This role will drive the execution of the end-to-end HR lifecycle activities in the respective business area to support the company’s Mission, Vision, and Strategy. It is responsible for a the EMEA region operating as the single point of contact for all HR queries. It will provide expert advice on all matters relating to the development of the organization and executional capability of teams and individuals and will report directly to the Head of People EMEA.
As a key member of the People Team, the successful candidate will support in projects and in coordination of global processes such as budgeting, forecasting, policies, processes and systems as appropriate.
Acting as first point of contact for employees and managers to support on people related topics, e.g. understanding and use of HR tools, processes and policies
As the EMEA HR Business Partner ensure deployment of new global policies by engaging stakeholders, communicating and executing implementation actions within the area of responsibility
Supporting the Head of People EMEA with strategic and organizational change management which may be driven by key stakeholders in EMEA
Supporting the Head of People EMEA in ensuring best-in-class processes are applied in the business, such as Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Staffing Review, Learning and Development, Career and Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational development, Change Management
About you: HR Business Partner/ HR BP
We are looking for a strong, supportive, and personable HR professional, who knows who to work with various key stakeholders, across the business. This is a key role and requires someone who is excellent at rapport building.
In addition, you will need the following: -
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Fluency in Dutch would be nice to have but must have good English. Any other European language will be an added advantage
Strong attention to detail, pro-active, accurate and a hands-on approach
Understanding of Payroll operations as it pertains to the HR partnership is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, combined with good MS Excel knowledge, Very accurate and precise
Understand the legalities of Dutch employment law in relation to employee employment rights and how to apply them within day-to-day work, company policy documentation and staff welfare, would be nice but can be learned on the job
Strong administrative skills (including payroll and benefits administration)
Experience with Workday (HRIS) will be an added advantage
