Background We are looking for a Digital Content Strategist to join our global digital team in a permanent role. As part of the wider Digital Content Strategy Team, this role will be key to developing and scaling best-in-class digital experiences that connect with our clients and drive commercial outcomes. Responsibilities : • Develop and implement digital content strategies and content structures in partnership with digital product, data, design, UX teams and marketing partners. • Project manage and provide leadership for high-profile projects and workstreams. • Develop client-centric content. Build, scale, measure and optimise digital experiences for priority audiences and sites. • Spearhead innovative initiatives to explore emergent technologies that can make our work more effective and efficient. • Develop and socialize best practice operating models, processes, and tooling for content planning, development, delivery, maintenance, and measurement. Expertise : • Deep experience in digital content strategy and marketing within a digital eco-system. • Proven ability to deliver excellent content experiences on our website. • Strong project management and leadership skills. • Experience with content operations, including developing and socializing best practice operating models, processes, and tooling. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. • Proven experience of using tools to measure the performance of digital content effectively. • Understanding of CMSs to publish content. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and time management skills with dedication to meeting or exceeding expectations despite competing priorities. • Strategic and critical thinker who is action orientated. • Cultural fit. Contributes to a positive team culture. Ability to flex across day-to-day (roll sleeves up to help the team deliver) alongside leading projects and presenting to senior stakeholders.
