Who We Are Looking For:
* Diesel Technicians at all experience levels
* Day, afternoon & evening shifts available
* Passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow
Position Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
* 1-3 months of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
* Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurability standards
Position Preferences:
* Vocational technical school training or equivalent experience
* Automotive or medium/heavy-duty truck experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform minor repairs with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards
* Diagnose malfunctions and carry out repairs under the guidance of a supervisor
* Assist with major repairs and collaborate with fellow technicians
* Communicate effectively with the parts department to ensure timely repairs
* Perform road tests when required and document all work performed
* Stay up-to-date on manufacturer technical bulletins to provide the best service possible
* Work in a team environment, ensuring a safe and productive workplace
