Location: Oldham / Failsworth Salary: £14.65-£15 PH Hours: Full-time- Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pmContract Type: Permanent

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

1. Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that pre-set work is completed.
2. Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
3. Support students with their learning, adapting tasks to meet their individual needs.
4. Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies and ethos.
5. Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to provide tailored support for students.
