This is your opportunity to play a key role in our supply chain managing over 400 retail non-stock SKUs while helping onboard new partners and improving operational efficiency. About the Role As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Purchasing and Supply Team. You’ll manage and optimise stock planning, supplier relationships, and internal operations. This includes: Supply Planning & Analysis: Creating, updating, and analysing supply plans to ensure seamless operations. Stock Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, addressing slow-moving lines, and resolving supply risks. Supplier Management: Collaborating with category buyers and suppliers to optimise forecasting and delivery. Gift Card Management: Ensuring efficient stock levels for gift cards in stores. Environmental Data: Owning packaging data submissions for sustainability reporting. Internal Communication: Coordinating stakeholder meetings and store visits. Reporting & Queries: Providing data insights, dashboards, and resolving queries to enhance decision-making. Finance Interface: Driving supplier compliance and resolving invoice-related queries. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially savvy professional with the following skills and experience: Essential: Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. A proven track record within supply chain analysis Confidence in managing and interpreting large datasets. Excellent Excel skills Outstanding communication (both written and verbal). Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset. A proactive, “can-do” attitude. Desirable: Retail knowledge or experience. Familiarity with supplier management and third-party collaborations.
