We’re looking for an experienced Bidding Manager to take ownership of high-value, strategic bids for a well-established business based in Normanton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing complex bidding processes and a track record of winning large contract deals.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the end-to-end bid process for high-value tenders and strategic opportunities
* Coordinating internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and operational input
* Writing compelling, tailored bid content that aligns with client needs
* Ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality submissions
* Developing and maintaining a pipeline of upcoming bid opportunities
* Continuously improving the bid process and win rate
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in a Bidding or Bid Management role
* Strong track record of success with large, complex contracts
* Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
