The Role:

What We're Looking For:
1. A proven track record in key account management, with at least 5 years' experience in the produce industry.
2. Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. Experience managing budgets and driving trade revenue optimization.
4. A proactive and flexible mindset to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
5. Advanced IT skills, particularly in planning software, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Flexibility for travel and willingness to adapt working hours to meet business demands.
7. A clean UK/EU driving license.
