What we’re looking for
and what the Interim Senior Payroll Officer be doing:
•Experience of working in a Payroll Team and processing payrolls from start to finish – ideally within an HR Dept
•Experience of working within a project team and playing a key role within the project delivery
•Reporting into the Payroll Manager, responsible for X2 payroll officers
•Process the whole payroll, although this will be handled by the officers, experience of implementing change,
•Ideally have used Civica but not essential – good payroll systems knowledge
•Must be organised, confident and an excellent relationship builder
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, and strong numeracy and analytical skills are of course a must.
