A leading financial services firm in London is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their team at the start of their HR career.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with 6-12 months of office-based experience, who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced financial services environment. In this role, you’ll focus on data management, HR systems, and reporting while working alongside a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the administration of employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist in processing HR-related data for payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
* Help generate HR reports, track key metrics, and assist in data analysis to identify trends.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, updating records and preparing documentation.
* Work with internal departments to resolve HR-related queries and maintain smooth data flow.
* Assist in improving HR processes by adopting and applying technology solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
* A recent graduate from university
* 6-12 months of experience in an office-based role, such as a placement, internship, or part-time position.
* Basic understanding of HR processes and systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
