About the Role: Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking for a Commercial Administrator to work in the Commercial department, supporting the Operations Team and Senior Quantity Surveyors. To be based in Bamber Bridge, Preston, with the option of hybrid working. Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston Hours of Work: Full time - 40 hours (Monday to Friday) Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 - Depending on experience Responsibilities: Support Operational team in all daily commercial aspects. Accurately value works undertaken and where necessary provide records to substantiate cost to allow prompt issue of Application for payment/invoice in line with contractual timescales. Facilitate production of cost reporting. Aid collection and collation of data. Maintain accurate records. Ensure change control process is managed effectively. Accepts extra duties as situations arise. Experience: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong desire to maintain client relationships whilst not compromising contractual entitlement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage own time and work to business priorities and deadlines Forward thinking and keen to develop smarter delivery of work. Commercially and financially aware. Experience in a commercial department would be advantageous.
