HRLife are excited to be working with a people centric business to find them a talented HR Administrator to join their existing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an organised, pro-active person to work closely with the People Director and wider team to support employees and managers with the full spectrum of HR and People activity from Learning & Development, recruitment, the full lifecycle administration process to providing basic advice and guidance.
Key responsibilities will include;
* Supporting the recruitment process; working with the internal recruitment specialist to support the application and shortlisting process, screening potential candidates, liaising with candidates to schedule interviews and gain feedback from hiring managers
* Maintaining an updated and accurate log of candidate activities for reports and to identify trends
* Preparing offers and contracts of employment, employment referencing, right-to-work checks and collecting relevant documentation at offer stage
* Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling of inductions and training
* Updating employee files and managing the administration of new starters, changes and leavers
* Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and providing advice in line with the current policies and procedures
* Supporting the team to accurately process payroll and benefits
* Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work.
* Coordinating L&D projects and scheduling training and appraisals as needed
* Scheduling performance reviews across all departments, including probationary period reviews
* Supporting training initiatives, with the creation of training packs, agendas, event facilities etc.
This role offers hybrid working and requires 2-3 days a week in the office. There is an opportunity for CIPD support too for the right person. Parking onsite. Office is located on the Buckinghamshire / Berkshire border and you’ll need to have a car and drive.
Salary 26-30k plus benefits.
