We're currently recruiting a dedicated Support Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part-time basis, contracted to 15 hours per week.
As a Support Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Processing vacancies through the Company system
2. Ensuring positions are shared accordingly with Hiring Managers
3. Shortlisting candidate applications in accordance with departmental needs
4. Conferring with candidates in a timely manner
5. Organising interviews and assessment days as necessary
6. Onboarding new starters onto the Company system and booking candidates onto Company inductions
7. Ensure all customer requirements are delivered in line with the expectation
8. To undertake any other duties which may be reasonably regarded as within the nature of the duties, responsibilities and grade of the post as defined, subject to the proviso that appropriate training is given
Additional Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that Company values are adhered to with all patients, visitors, colleagues and customers.
2. To ensure that actions taken fall in line with Company training & Company policy
3. To ensure that all processes for Infection Control, Health & Safety & GDPR are followed in line with Company training & Company policy.
4. To attend meetings and training sessions as may be necessary from time to time.
5. To communicate and work effectively with the wider team.
6. To minimise operating costs by using all equipment and products in accordance with company and manufacturers guidelines.
Our ideal Support Assistant will:
1. I.T literate
2. Experience working with bespoke systems & Microsoft software such as Excel & Word
3. A positive attitude when engaging with potential new candidates
4. Knowledge of Medirest departments
