Customer Service Assistant Milton Keynes - Office based £24,000 pa - £25,000 pa A great opportunity to join a busy independent retailer at their UK office. Joining a small and friendly customer service team based in Milton Keynes. Providing outstanding customer service, you will be responsible for processing orders via the websites, phone and emails. Ideally you will be available to work Tuesday to Saturday - 37.5 hours per week (Saturdays work from home). Good all-round customer service and administrative skills are required, to include good attention to detail Organisational skills, ability to problem solve whilst under pressure Processing orders for customers, taking information, dealing with enquiries via phone and email Use of web chat to assist customers in a timely fashion Dealing with enquires, providing quotations, answering questions relating to the products and services Process credits, refunds, with the ability to process invoices in a timely manner Updating the CRM system with information, dealing with any amendments Delivering high levels of customer service, with a helpful and proactive approach Able to multitask, pick up new products and information quickly and at ease Please let us know we need to make reasonable adjustments to our process, please let us know about how we can best support you and make the adjustments that may be needed.
