Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments
2. Attend training courses as required
3. Point of contact for guests upon arrival, throughout their stay and upon departure
4. The utmost attention to detail while completing all tasks
5. Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any reasonable tasks as requested
6. Liaise with all departments efficiently
