Finance Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled Regional Controller/Finance Manager to manage and enhance financial operations across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to contribute to a growing international manufacturing and distribution company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage FP&A processes, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
* Ensure timely month-end closes and adherence to international reporting standards.
* Collaborate on M&A activities and integrate financial operations.
* Oversee credit management, customer collections, and cash flow processes.
* Assist with payroll and HR matters in compliance with regional regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience : 10+ years in financial analysis within complex environments, 4+ years in project management.
* Skills : Advanced Excel and strong ERP system capabilities (Great Plains a plus); confident presenting to senior executives.
* Education : Bachelor’s in finance/accounting required; MBA or certifications are a plus.
* Traits : Effective communicator, team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
