EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Join our Investor Relations team at Severn Trent as a high-performing coordinator. You’ll be the key liaison between the company and its investors, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service. Your role will involve planning and managing events and providing excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Further Responsibilities include:
* Arrange investor roadshows, design itineraries, and manage travel.
* Target investors using market insights and data, and arrange engagements.
* Manage investor site visits, create agendas, and organise logistics.
* Attend key conferences and manage executive participation.
* Handle logistics for full and half-year reporting, including content creation and website management.
* Manage the IR calendar and relationships with stakeholders.
* Prepare briefing notes for management ahead of investor meetings.
* Manage the Investor Relations inbox and coordinate responses.
* Update the CRM system and provide analysis for reporting.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage payments.
* Support the Investor Relations team with ad hoc requests.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
To succeed in this role, it is desirable that you have experience in diary and event management, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, knowledge of the financial market, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
We are looking for someone with a professional manner, who has excellent communication and organisational skills and high attention to detail.
