Job Description
* To assist dispatching check in, check out and room deliveries requests ensuring a smooth daily operation.
* To maintain a clean and organized concierge storage area.
* To handle all administrative and technical responsibilities such as but not limited to (Invoice submission, keeping the tracking sheets up to date etc.).
Qualifications
Educational Background
* High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
* Certification: Hospitality management certifications can be advantageous.
Experience
* Previous Experience: Experience in customer service or hospitality roles, ideally in a hotel or resort setting.
* Management Experience: Supervisory experience can be beneficial.
Skills
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with guests and staff.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with guests and address their needs promptly.
Personal Attributes
* Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
