Head of Venue Sales and Events - O2 London
Salary: £55,000 Basic

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
2. Guest Relations Management: Establish and uphold exceptional guest relations standards, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for all clients and visitors.
3. Business Development and Partnerships: Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key department leads within the venue.
4. Event Management and Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of key events, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
5. Performance Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed sales and guest relations reports for executive review.
6. Health & Safety: Maintain H&S compliance and ensure training is completed in accordance with legal and company requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in sales and client relations management.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strategic thinker with excellent planning and organizational abilities.
4. Deep understanding of CRM tools, guest relations standards, and sales analytics.
5. Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing business needs.
