Customer Service Advisor Our client, a leading provider of Community Equipment Services, is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team in Greenford. This role plays a vital part in supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life, while enabling the NHS to focus on frontline care. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate deliveries and collections of equipment with service users. Respond to inbound inquiries from service users and healthcare professionals. Collaborate with Community Equipment Technicians to ensure smooth service operations. Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing outstanding service at all times. Requirements: Strong computer and communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service role. Compassionate and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellent service.
