This role is ideal for someone with experience in supporting IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with technology needs in a school environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for the school's IT systems, including desktops, laptops, and other devices. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in maintaining and updating the school’s network infrastructure. Support staff and students with IT-related queries. Ensure the security and functionality of IT equipment and software. Assist with the setup and configuration of classroom technology. Requirements: Previous experience working in an IT support role, preferably in a school environment. Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network systems. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
