They are a key member of the Division Supply Chain leadership team and links the market and product strategies for assigned region with the Flowserve global supply chain strategies to support business growth. They have direct primary responsibility over sourcing and spend management with measures around savings and spend under contract. Additionally, functionally responsible for their region/sector supply chain operational performance in terms of measures such as supplier OTD, cost reduction, supplier quality, etc. They also assume functional responsibility for all site supply chain teams within their named region; even for those not directly reporting to them. Your Role: All responsibilities defined are in the context of the site Supply Chain teams within the region/sector the role holder is responsible for: Core Responsibilities Drive business philosophies, perspectives, behaviors, and leadership expectations to enable supply chain and company transformation. Lead BU and regional sourcing initiatives to optimize spend, savings and supplier performance. Maximize spend under contract to increase compliance and improve buyer efficiency. Directly lead the sourcing team assigned to your region. Mentor/train the procurement teams within assigned region. Lead and promote team collaboration and personal development plans. Collaborate with the Division Leadership to align supply chain strategies to BU. Functional Leadership. Support the communication and implementation of the global standard process adherence, compliance, ethics. Manage the supply chain headcount / resources within assigned region. Ensure that the performance of the supply chain is in line with the expectation of the business needs in terms of PO Management, OTD etc. Drive operational excellence (PWC, OTD, PDBL, etc.), cost containment (cost reduction, meeting the AOP planned savings, etc.) and transformation initiatives (ISTP). Strategic Management. Collaborate with the global supply chain teams to ensure the needs of the sites are reflected in global strategy, sourcing plans and supplier performance improvement projects. Propose business cases, with savings/investments & ROI calculations as and when required for critical projects. Maintain close interface with other Regional Supply Chain Managers and standardize the processes across the enterprise. Your Profile: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Good influencing Capability and Effective listening skills. Excellent written and verbal English skills. Results Orientated PREFERENCES Master’s degree in business (preferably ISM) or Engineering Pursuit of Professional Accreditation (APICS, PMA, ASQ, CSCP, etc.) Supply Chain experience in Global Multinational Companies for 10 years with a total minimum of 15 years of supply chain working experience expected.
