Previous administrative experience and ability to multitask and work under pressure with a strong customer focus are essential. It might be helpful in the role to have the ability to speak French, Spanish, German, or Welsh, but this is not essential. Excellent communication skills in English are required as a minimum.
Part-time and full-time work will be considered. The job will entail liaising with our customers (teachers) and our suppliers (accommodation, excursion, and transport providers). You will assist our Tours Managers in all aspects of our administration.
As this is a niche sector, previous experience is not expected. Full training will be provided. However, please include a cover letter relating to the personal specification above outlining why you feel you would be suitable for the position.
