Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm
Salary: £24,150 – £30,000 (Depending on experience)

We are looking for an Apprentice or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work in our Paisley office. You may be looking for the next step in your career to progress within AM2PM’s Training Development Program.
Role Overview
Working with a team of consultants to develop their careers, you will develop new business, build great relationships, attend visits, and present to new and existing clients, maximizing revenue streams with clients, negotiating and closing business within the driving and industrial sector.
At the heart of what we offer clients is a desire to provide a first-class recruitment service, correctly providing the appropriately trained and skilled staff to meet their operational requirements, whether it be a skilled position or multiple hires.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Taking new bookings from clients and liaising with the relevant departments.
* Generating new sales leads.
* Booking client visits to discuss AM2PM products and services.
* CV searching, booking interviews, and interviewing candidates.
* Managing your database daily with activity, including references.
* Ensuring inductions, paperwork, and administration are compliant with REC guidelines, AWR, and Home Office Rules & Regulations.
* Utilizing the company CRM to track progress and capture activities.
* Experience preferably in recruitment; must have great communication skills, be a self-starter and people motivator, and have the ambition to drive sales and lead a team forward to success while creating a positive work environment reflecting our company ethos of honesty, openness, and integrity.
