We're developing our MHSTs to reach more young people as part of the Government's Mental Health in Schools initiative. Within schools actively promote the whole school-based approach to developing and maintaining emotional health and well-being. Provide leadership to the MHST, and deputising leadership to the team as required. Ensuring liaison and joint working between the Getting Help / MHST and the locality Early Help Hub and specialist CAMHS services. Use of routine outcome measures to promote active participation from young people and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
