Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented Information Technology/Information Security (IT/IS) Payments Control analyst at the AVP level to join the Payments Campaign Team and contribute to the ongoing management and monitoring of the IS/IT controls of our payments systems ensuring a robust and sustainable control environment.
You will be responsible for executing the ongoing operational processes post the delivery of the Payments F4 KD programme; maintaining and, where possible, uplifting the processes and controlling functions that have been designed for the ongoing management of payment application/platform, management of the payment control inventories, the payment control framework, payment threat landscape and contributing to the annual payment risk assessment. You will also take ownership of the process to monitor and report monthly payment control compliance and ensure payment risk is mitigated. The Payments Campaign Team IT/IS Programme Assistant Vice President will be accountable to the Corporate Bank (CB) Tech Risk & Control Lead and Payments Processing Risk Council in the context of Payment Risk & Control for all divisions in scope for Payment Controls.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Overall ownership and responsibility for the execution of the Key Operating Procedures (KOP) of the Payments Campaign Team and contributing to the governance activities ensuring the controlling processes defined are operated effectively and maintained.
* Manage the day-to-day inventories processes as defined by the Payment F4 programme, including managing the payments application and payments controls inventory.
* Contribute to the annual Payments Risk Assessment process utilizing numerous internal and external inputs.
* Ensure transparency of control compliance for payment applications/platforms, payment controls, risk mitigants, and automation standards and publish periodic reports.
* Design and coordinate the transition to the target state dbCRG platform.
* Work collaboratively with the Payment Control Testing Function to review Control testing status reports.
Your Skills And Experience
* Hands-on experience of remediating and/or managing IT & IS control risks.
* Proven track record of collaborating on continuous process improvements through automation or synergies.
* Practical experience in working within an agile framework, including tools and processes.
* Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to precisely articulate stakeholder requests and develop comprehensive requirements.
* Able to liaise and engage with key stakeholders and functions beyond the immediate team.
* Ability to generate structured reports, identifying and escalating risks and issues on a timely basis.
