Care Quality and Compliance Lead
Salary: £50,000 + £5,000 car allowance
Hours per week: 40 hours
This role will be covering Leicester and surrounding areas
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance within our client's organisation. As the Quality and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance and compliance processes, as well as overseeing all aspects of regulatory and quality management.
Requirements for the Care Quality and Compliance Lead:
* Level 5 Health & Social Care or NMC registration
* Experience within a quality and compliance role - Minimum 1 year
* Mental Health Hospital experience and knowledge
* Track record of compliance within the Healthcare sector
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and framework
* Full UK driving license with access to a car with business insurance

Our client has Mental Health Hospitals and specialist services providing complex care across England.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Care Quality and Compliance Lead:
* Supporting and assisting the senior management team in the delivery of high-quality care
* Working alongside the registered managers to identify deficiencies and risks and to develop action plans accordingly
* Reviewing and analysing data and reporting when required
* Providing guidance and advice on policies and CQC regulations, supporting compliance
* Supporting with the development and reviewal of policies, ensuring they are up to date
* Promoting best practice across services
* Supporting and taking the lead on projects
