About this role:
As a Tech & Agency Partner Manager at SHOPLINE, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and managing high-potential Tech & Agency partners. Your primary focus will be to build and nurture relationships that create value for SHOPLINE, our partners, and their customers. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The role involves:
* Identify, qualify and recruit high-potential Tech & Agency partners that create value for Shopline, and their customers.
* Manage a diverse array of technology platform partners at scale, offering ongoing engagement and support to ensure they continually refer clients to Shopline.
* Educate partners on Shopline's value by regularly conducting enablement sessions, delivering presentations and platform feature demonstrations to various members of partner organizations.
* Business planning, ensuring a multi-year commercial strategy and Quarterly business reviews.
* Sales Plays & Lead Generation: Developing & adoption of plays to ensure high productivity/performance of partner portfolio.
* Co-developing & executing lead generation activities, with support from regional partner marketing.
* Co-sell: Supporting in inbound co-selling & outbound co-selling in collaboration with sales & marketing (i.e., Account Based Marketing, Partner Solution Selling).
* Oversight of complex deals through to launch, on behalf of partner.
* Performance Management: Forecasting, ways of working with other teams, portfolio & funnel analysis, facilitation of ongoing enablement.
Who you are:

* 5 years of experience in partnerships or tech sales for SAAS, with expertise in cold calling, prospect qualification and scheduling demos.
* A motivated, coachable, and determined individual. We don’t expect you to know everything yet, but if you can demonstrate a willingness and desire to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
* You will be part of a wider Sales Team, so excellent written, verbal and problem-solving skills are a must.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy networking, public speaking, and cultivating relationships.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You can cope with pressure without affecting your performance or decision-making.
* Detail oriented, highly organized, can work independently and as part of a team.
* Display a strong commitment to consistently reach established goals.
