The role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our PMO Team within the People and Culture function. This role will play a crucial part in driving initiatives aimed at enhancing our HR processes, employee experience, and organizational efficiency, leveraging our systems and tools to best effect.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyse business requirements related to HR processes and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative digital solutions.
2. Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
3. Process Improvement: Analyse existing HR processes and identify opportunities for and implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the HR PMO and various departments within HR (People and Culture). Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights and support decision-making, and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
6. System Implementation and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting across the HR tools and systems, with particular focus on optimising, enhancing, and aligning the various stages of the Employee Lifecycle through well-crafted processes and procedures.
7. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure that the application functions correctly and meets user needs.
8. Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and work closely with L&D to define requirements for training and help create documentation to support end-users.
What we need to see from you
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within HR or digital transformation projects.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Well-versed in Agile is a plus.
6. Experience with HR systems is a plus.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
