Central Recruitment are working with a large international distributor of professional, innovative luminaires, audio equipment, truss and accessories company in Colne (BB8), recruiting for an Internal Sales Team Member. Full training will be given. Responsibilities Accurately input and process online/email/phone orders Dealing with email and phone queries relating to deliveries/spare parts/returns Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch Assist customers with returns and warranty claims Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system Provide after-sales support, resolving any customer issues professionally and efficiently Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing Support marketing initiatives by gathering customer feedback and insights Assist with general administrative duties relates to sales operations Requirements Previous experience in customer service Strong communication skills Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills Personable phone demeanour with a knack for empathetic customer interactions Proactive and motivated IT literate with experience working with Microsoft packages and CRMs In return, the successful candidate will receive company benefits such as: 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Pension scheme Company shutdown between Christmas and New Year Annual Christmas party On-site parking Working hours are: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm / 1 hour lunch / 37.5 hours per week
