Role and Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll make a meaningful impact by:
* Encouraging and guiding students with complex needs, helping them build confidence and social skills.
* Providing a caring and structured environment that fosters emotional well-being and personal growth.
* Assisting with daily activities, including personal care (feeding, toileting, hygiene support) when necessary.
* Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to support educational goals and behaviour management.
* Helping to create a fun, safe, and engaging atmosphere where all students feel included and valued.

* Qualifications and Experience: Experience in care, education, or a similar field is valuable, but personal passion and dedication matter more. We encourage those with relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, CACHE) to apply.

* Experience with Challenging Behaviours: Personal or professional experience working with children or adults with challenging behaviours is essential.
