We are looking for an ambitious and skilled digital communicator who will work within the Marketing Team to produce and publish new content on our website and app as well as supporting our internal and external e-communications.
A key focus for this role will be maximising the digital experience for guests whilst driving new guest acquisition, engagement, loyalty, advocacy and long-term customer lifetime value.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working within a marketing team and delivering website content. We would ideally like to recruit someone with some sort of customer experience background who is comfortable working at a fast pace.
The post-holder will report to the Product Manager who leads on our website and app offer, whilst supporting the Head of PR and Communications with implementation of the e-communication strategy. The role will also be involved in supporting the development of our e-commerce platforms and automation processes.
Key duties
Website & App
* Use the Content Management System (CMS) to create and populate web pages
* Respond to stakeholder support and content change requests and ensure they are completed within agreed timelines.
* Ensure website and app content is engaging and up-to-date.
* Assist with the optimisation of the website and app including running A/B tests.
* Good understanding of SEO and its application. Ensure all website pages are well optimised for search, applying meta-data and website taxonomy effectively.
* Support the team in maintaining and delivering our development backlog for both the website and app.
* Assist with website and app testing.
Reporting
* Monitor websites traffic to measure popularity and identify areas for improvement.
* Analyse app usage data and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
* Assist in the production of regular Google Analytics reports to measure the effectiveness of our content against key performance indicators.
Email
* Supporting the day-to-day planning and execution of email communication strategy
* Understanding of email marketing, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
* Analyse and report on email campaign performance ensuring campaigns meet objectives and look to raise the bar for email engagement.
* Support campaigns across different digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and data generation.
* Stay current with digital best practice and latest technologies.
* Develop the email communications for our membership and group travel proposition.

Your contract
You will be on a permanent full-time contract, with working hours to cover Monday to Friday.
