ARAG UK has an excellent opportunity for a BTE Underwriting Assistant to join our Underwriting department on a permanent basis.
This entry level position is a varied and progressive role, where full training will be provided. Key responsibilities will include reviewing and underwriting standalone business for new and renewing policies.
You’ll look to join a friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to work closely with the wider business in order to underwrite profitable standalone policies.
We are keen to hear from candidates who are highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deal with a variety of tasks. You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a passion for developing skills and learning new things. Ideally, you will have previous experience working within an office-based role, but we are open-minded; if you have a passion for a career within Insurance, then please get in touch. No related degree is required, as aptitude and willingness to learn are more important.
