Role Responsibility Dynamic Support Service – Project Assistant The Dynamic Support Service is seeking a highly organised Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-level administrative and project support to senior management and project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key projects within the Dynamic Support Arrangements and wider Learning Disability and Autism Programme Delivery Unit. About us: The Dynamic Support Service is Kent and Medway’s keyworking service, a national initiative that delivers new and better ways of working with children and young people who have learning disabilities and/or autism. Our service involves joint working with a wide range of professionals, parents/carers, children, and young people. Role summary: The Project Assistant will play an integral role in project management, enabling the delivery of projects in accordance with Kent County Council’s policies, procedures, and processes. This includes assisting in project planning, monitoring metrics and milestones, and providing feedback to managers. The role requires excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Advanced minute-taking, Excel and Word Keyboard/IT skills are essential. Contract details: 37 hours per week 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent as required. Secondment opportunities are preferred.
