We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Key Account Executive to support our FMCG sales team. The role involves managing sales data, generating insights, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in sales reporting, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Administration & Coordination
* Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and pricing information.
* Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
* Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
* Support in contract management, sales agreements, and compliance documentation.
* Liaise with distributors, retailers, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
2. Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
* Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Generate reports on sales forecasts, customer trends, and product performance.
* Identify sales opportunities and provide data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
* Monitor competitor activities and market shifts using data analytics.
* Utilize CRM, ERP, and BI tools to streamline reporting and dashboard management.
3. Sales Process Optimization
* Improve efficiency in sales operations by automating reports and tracking mechanisms.
* Assist in designing incentive programs and tracking sales team performance.
* Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and suggest improvements.
* Work closely with marketing teams to analyze campaign effectiveness.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
* Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
* Assist in budgeting, demand planning, and inventory forecasting.
* Support in trade promotions, pricing strategies, and discount structuring.
Key RequirementsEducation & Experience:
* 2-5 years of experience in sales analytics, sales administration, or a similar role (preferably in FMCG).
