What You'll Do ✅ Lead and develop site and workshop teams, ensuring skills development and succession planning. ✅ Oversee infrastructure improvements, ensuring equipment and facilities meet evolving business needs. ✅ Implement lean and efficient ways of working, identifying opportunities for process and cost improvements. ✅ Develop and track key performance metrics. ✅ Work closely with senior management to influence investment decisions and long-term strategy. What You'll Bring ✔ Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role within engineering/manufacturing. ✔ Strong leadership skills with experience in HR, recruitment, training, and team development. ✔ Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. ✔ Knowledge of H&S, regulations and standards (LOLER, PUWER, ISO standards, etc). ✔ HNC (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, or similar. ✔ Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities. ✔ ERP system implementation experience Ready to Make an Impact?
