Your role includes conducting family assessments, formulating and executing outcome-focused intervention plans, and providing practical solutions to issues like school attendance and behavior management. You will work directly with children, young people, and parents, offering both individual and group-based support, and promoting Restorative Practices in various settings. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining accurate records, ensuring confidentiality, supporting service audits, and contributing to the protective policies of young people.
