SALARY: £70,000 - £90,000 annual and FT equiv (£310p/d - £400p/d)

What You'll Do:
1. Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring exceptional care and operational efficiency.
2. Serve as the trusted partner and point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the care pathway.
3. Lead, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team of medical secretaries.
4. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
5. Review practice policies to ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance.
6. Monitor clinic performance KPIs, providing weekly reports to enhance service delivery.
7. Respond promptly to audit findings and stakeholder feedback, ensuring practitioners maintain up-to-date accreditations.
8. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes for enhanced efficiency.
9. Implement best practices in digital clinic management, enriching both patient and practitioner experiences.
10. Provide insights to management for service improvements.
11. Work closely with the wider team to align clinic services with business objectives.
12. Support onboarding and coordination of new practitioners joining the platform.
What We're Looking For:
1. Degree in Healthcare Management or related field (Desirable).
2. Experience in a leadership role within a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in mental health or private healthcare.
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.
5. Tech-savvy, with experience in practice management software (e.g., Semble, Cliniko).
6. Knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
