Main duties of the job Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB) is looking for an experienced Senior Workforce Advisor to join our team. Based at Health Board Headquarters, Baglan, the successful candidates will be responsible for the provision of a high quality, comprehensive and effective HR advisory service on all matters relating to our workforce. You will need to display tenacity and resilience and possess the ability to inspire confidence in the managers you support. You must be able to evidence 'hands on' experience within a HR setting operating in a complex and challenging employment environment. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of the NHS Agenda for Change terms and conditions of service. We are looking for someone with a high quality grounding in the management of sickness absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, capability and dignity at work issues. Experience of managing change and advising on the implications of change is a must. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
