We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of one of Europe’s largest marine distributors. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology used across all areas of the industry, from cruising to high-end racing yachts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales order process, including order review, entry, coordination, monitoring, and issue resolution.
Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with tasks such as documentation management, report preparation, database maintenance, and distribution of sales materials.
Customer Service: Act as the initial point of contact for incoming inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and internal teams to ensure inventory availability and resolve order-related issues.
Meeting Participation: Attend weekly meetings to discuss and coordinate the dispatch of goods, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.Skills and Experience:
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal colleagues and external customers.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and database management.
