Campaign & Journey Lead
Here's what you'll be doing npower Business Solutions (nBS) is the E.ON UK Industrial and Commercial (I&C) pillar and a market leader in the B2B energy retail sector. I&C is a £7 billion revenue business serving c20,000 customers and approximately 200,000 meter points with a view to becoming the number one B2B energy supplier in the UK.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaign & Journey Lead to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract basis. For this role, you will be responsible for developing competitive new digital campaigns and engaging customer journeys to drive sustained commercial opportunities for the business. The role holder will support the rest of the marketing team by selecting, creating, and activating multimedia content, delivering engaging and creative propositions, and promoting new digital channels. This role offers the hybrid working approach, where you will be working in the office (Solihull) approximately 1 day per week.
Key responsibilities
Creating compelling new campaign ideas, informed by market and wider consumer trends, to engage business energy customers and third-party intermediaries.
Providing sound commercial investment rationales based on expected results.
Working closely with data and infrastructure teams to devise the smartest possible use of our technical resources: seeking potential new opportunities and looking at prospects in innovative ways.
Engaging third-party service providers (such as telemarketing agencies) to best leverage their capabilities in support of our plans.
Managing either in-house or agency-based creative development to produce clear and compelling marketing communications.
Driving engagement with online customer services, including account portals and digital tools, including on / off boarding.
Continually developing and maintaining robust reporting processes to measure the success of campaign and journey activity.
Manage campaign automation, A/B testing and email optimisation to maximise customer engagement and overall campaign success rates.
Undertaking robust tests to explore and benchmark approaches – considering aspects such as statistical significance in findings. What we need from you
Strong creative and copywriting skills.
Experience within campaign asset creation and basic data management.
The ability to produce compelling and professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations within brand parameters.
An ability to unpack complexity and engage diverse audiences in solving problems.
Lead generation skills, with stakeholder management. It would be great if you had
Demonstrable experience within a marketing / marketing communications-based role.
Experience of using online marketing tools such as HubSpot or CRM.
A track record of successful commercial delivery and sustained value creation.
Marketing agency and client experience.
