CRM Executive
We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Digital team here at Harrods. You will have ownership of all lifecycle and trigger communications at Harrods. These communications will be delivered via email, direct mail, SMS, and Push, and will deliver and enrich against both customer and business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
About The Role
As the CRM Executive, you will be integral in identifying opportunities and pain points within the customer lifecycle and developing and executing a strategy. You will also evaluate the performance of the campaigns and use these insights to adapt and enhance the lifecycle journey.
You will also:
* Create and playback insights through presentations to the wider business.
* Improve relevancy/personalisation of all email through appropriate customer segmentation and targeting.
* Carry out testing throughout the campaign execution process, including content testing, E2E testing, and reviewing capabilities for potential continuous improvement work.
* Collaborate with creative and ensure content is all tested and approved with stakeholders involved.
* Report weekly/monthly on lifecycle insights and performance.
* Support stakeholders with future promotion campaigns that will be linked to lifecycle communications.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in owning or supporting a strategy for a CRM Channel (Email, SMS, Push, or Direct Mail) and previous experience with developing strategic and execution of automated lifecycle trigger communications. We are also looking for someone who has a good understanding of ESPs and Google Analytics - SAP or similar is desirable, and a good understanding of the importance of reporting on KPIs across all channels.
You will also:
* Be able to deliver reports/presentations to wider teams and higher stakeholders.
* Be able to multitask in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
* Work well under pressure with quick turnaround times.
* Understand email best practices and GDPR - be that expert within the team.
