Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a full time, highly motivated band 3 Team Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service for our Military Veterans Team. T he service supports veterans by delivering specialist high quality care with a focus on improving psychological wellbeing. We work in partnership with Britain's leading mental health charity, Combat Stress to deliver this service, ensuring effective clinical treatment and welfare support to veterans who suffer from ongoing psychological issues, resulting from their time as a serving Armed Forces member. Applicants are invited for the post of Team Administrator. We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, who has an interest and positive attitude to working with male offenders within a secure estate. Experience of working within a mental health would be desirable. Applicants must demonstrate secretarial/administrative experience and have an organised and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise your workload and relate to all types of people. Your excellent IT and interpersonal skills will also ensure that you'll have no trouble fitting into this interesting role. Flexibility can be given in terms of working days/hours. Main duties of the job The main duties of the role will be to support the Military Veterans clinical team, with tasks such as: inputting referrals, sending letters, booking rooms, taking minutes and updating the clinical record system. The post holder will be the link between patients and clinicians. The role will include raising requisitions, and ordering stationery for the team as well as scanning, photocopying and completing monthly data as requested.
