Our fantastic client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join a dynamic team in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong organisational skills to support the daily operations of our business and contribute to our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: Typing brochures Handling compliance documents Sending sales memorandums Responding to inquiries from a shared admin inbox, and managing individual in boxes Assist with the smooth running of daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Maintain and update operational records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries and provide support. Monitor operational performance and assist with reporting and analysis. Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and document management. Manage communication between departments to ensure efficient work flow. Assist with process improvements and contribute to streamlining operations where necessary. Key Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role is essential Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
