Key Responsibilities:
* Typing brochures
* Handling compliance documents
* Sending sales memorandums
* Responding to inquiries from a shared admin inbox, and managing individual in boxes
* Assist with the smooth running of daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
* Maintain and update operational records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries and provide support.
* Monitor operational performance and assist with reporting and analysis.
* Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Manage communication between departments to ensure efficient work flow.
* Assist with process improvements and contribute to streamlining operations where necessary.
