As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of installation, troubleshooting, and servicing, ensuring their innovative products operate at peak performance. Whether it’s hands-on installations, remote diagnostics, or customer training, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and commission products, from legacy systems to state-of-the-art interactive equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotely.
* Deliver customer training and carry out routine maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan.
* Support in-house teams with product testing, quality assurance, and production.
* Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate service records.
About You
We’re seeking someone who:
* Has a background in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
* Takes pride in delivering a fantastic customer experience.
* Is physically fit and comfortable working in active environments like play centres.
* Can work independently, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
* Is open to UK and international travel, including occasional out-of-hours or weekend work.
Essential Requirements:
* Proficiency with hand and power tools.
* A valid UK driving licence and passport, with no travel restrictions.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
