The right candidate will be the go-to expert for knowledge management, training, and fee-earner development in a growing Corporate Team.

Key Responsibilities
Knowledge & Innovation:
Drive the firm’s knowledge strategy: implement tools, streamline processes, and ensure know-how is captured and shared.
Keep the team ahead of legal trends and regulatory changes by updating and creating key precedents.
Embrace tech advancements like AI tools to work smarter and faster.
Training & Development:
Deliver engaging, tailored legal training for all levels—trainees to senior associates.
Support individual development with personalized plans and consistent feedback loops.
Partner with fee earners on complex matters, offering second opinions and expert advice.
Business Development:
Collaborate with marketing teams to create client-focused content, training, and publications.
Produce value-add initiatives like bespoke client training or proactive updates aligned with business strategy.
What You’ll Need
Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Corporate Law and strong M&A experience.
Proven expertise in client service, commercial awareness, and precedent drafting.
Excellent communication skills and an engaging training style.
Passion for innovation and supporting fee earners’ growth and success.
