My highly regarded Client are looking for a new Team member to join their dynamic Human Resources team. They are dedicated to fostering a professional and supportive environment and are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to provide maternity cover, ensuring the smooth operation of their HR administration services.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain employee files and records, including attendance, leave, training, recruitment data, and payroll information.
2. Coordinate the recruitment process by producing job specifications, application packs, and facilitating interviews.
3. Oversee the new starter process, including offer paperwork and pre-employment checks.
4. Manage the workforce development program for staff and maintain individual training records.
5. Ensure accurate maintenance of the HR database and produce various reports.
6. Administer routine documentation related to staff employment.
7. Assist with payroll, pension, and benefits schemes administration.
8. Handle routine enquiries from internal and external customers professionally.
9. Promote adherence to Health & Safety and Safeguarding policies.
