Variable hours as and when required Ayr Campus You will contribute to ensuring a positive learning environment which encourages active participation and enables all learners to achieve their full potential, through the effective learning and teaching of students by assisting in the development, delivery and assessment of relevant resources. This will involve supporting the Curriculum Quality Manager in the delivery of the department curriculum to the quality and standards required, through an integrated learning experience that supports the student journey, delivering first class and high-quality learning and teaching experiences. You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent, or have served a recognised aircraft apprenticeship, with relevant industry experience within the aeronautical industry sector, in particular Aircraft Engineering. Experience in Maintenance repair and overhaul, B1 or B2 License would be advantageous. The ability to teach a broad range of subjects associated with the aeronautical engineering sector is essential. A comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, along with excellent motivational, communication and organisational skills. It is also desirable, but not essential, that you hold, or are working towards, a professional teaching qualification.
