Title: HR Reporting Manager

A global organisation based in West London is seeking an HR Reporting Manager to create and deliver precise metrics, dashboards, and reports focused on our people across the organisation. In this role, you’ll support HR projects through data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting, while driving improvements in the payroll system and related functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design templates and consolidate data, ensuring accuracy and clarity that aligns with P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and KPIs that inform and guide decision-making.
Craft detailed reporting packs for senior management, complete with valuable commentary.
Enhance the efficiency of existing models and systems to better support HR objectives.
Create standardized reporting tools for the group, facilitating consistent communication across various territories.
Oversee key internal reports, managing their design, frequency, and accuracy.
Build and refine financial models to extract actionable insights related to our workforce.
Analyse data proactively to pinpoint business challenges and opportunities for performance enhancement.
Monitor system integrations to maintain alignment with company policies.
